Taking pictures at a Freestyle event [Eng/Esp]

A few weeks ago in December there was an event to which I was invited to take pictures, honestly I did not know if I was going to go, I had spent several days pretty bad because of a cold and ailments, also for other things I was not in the mood, but after many things happened that day I decided I needed a break and so I ended up attending the event and I must say that it was something I really needed and it was quite good to clear my mind a little, so today I want to share with you these pictures that I liked.

Hace algunas semanas en el mes de diciembre se celebraba un evento al cual fui invitado para hacer fotografías, honestamente no sabía si iba a ir, había pasado varios días bastante mal a causa de un resfriado y malestares, también por otras cosas no estaba de ánimos, pero después que muchas cosas sucediesen ese día decidí que necesitaba un respiro y así terminé asistiendo al evento y debo decir que fue algo que realmente necesitaba y me vino bastante bien para despejar un poco mí mente, por lo que el día de hoy quiero compartirles estas fotografías que me gustaron.

These people that you can see in the photographs are the jurors, who were in charge of giving their vote to who they considered to be the winner of the battles, these battles were freestyle, an art that I really enjoy both attending events and watching battles in digital format. These photographs have a lot of spontaneity, something that I really enjoy capturing at the right time, I was taking them as they were being presented to the public or simply when I thought I could get a pretty interesting picture and I think I really achieved the goal, at least personally I'm quite happy.

Estas personas que pueden observar en las fotografías son los jurados, quienes estaban encargados de dar su voto a quien consideraran que era el ganador de las batallas, estas batallas eran de freestyle, un arte del cual disfruto mucho tanto de asistir a eventos, como de ver batallas en formato digital. Estas fotografías tienen mucha espontaneidad, algo que realmente disfruto de captar en el momento adecuado, las estuve tomando según los iban presentando ante el público o simplemente cuando creía que podría salir una fotografía bastante interesante y creo que realmente logré el objetivo, al menos personalmente estoy bastante contento.

Normally I would have preferred these photographs to be in black and white, but really when I started to edit them I thought that color would have a better result, plus I wanted to experiment a little, the tones of my photographs are usually focused on a golden tone, but these photographs have cooler tones and curiously this gives a more cinematic touch or at least that's how I perceive it, so I think that trying new things also has its fruits to find more things you like.

Normalmente fuese preferido que estas fotografías estuviesen en blanco y negro, pero realmente cuando empecé a editarlas pensé que a color tendrían un mejor resultado, además que quise experimentar un poco, los tonos de mis fotografías suelen estar enfocados en un tono dorado, pero estas fotografías tienen tonos más fríos y curiosamente esto le da un toque más cinematográfico o al menos así lo percibo yo, por lo que me parece que ir probando cosas nuevas también tiene sus frutos para encontrar más cosas que te gusten.
