Monomad: Skateboarding at night [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

Greetings, dear friends of the community and lovers of black and white photography. I hope you are having a great Saturday and are doing well. Today I am sharing some photos I took at the skatepark, but with the difference that they were taken at night. I usually take photos in the afternoon, but it's always good to try something different. I hope you enjoy them.

Saludos, queridos amigos de la comunidad y amantes de la fotografía en blanco y negro, espero que estén teniendo un excelente sábado y se encuentren genial. El día de hoy les comparto unas fotografías que hice en el skatepark, pero con la diferencia de que fueron en la noche; normalmente hago fotos en la tarde, pero siempre es bueno probar algo distinto. Espero que las disfruten.

There are certain lampposts in the skatepark that light up the place when night falls. At first, I wasn't entirely sure if I could take photos like this, but I took the time to try to capture striking moments, and I think the light from the lampposts I mentioned helped a lot to create contrast and also to illuminate the subject enough to make him stand out.

En el skatepark hay ciertos postes de luz que iluminan el lugar cuando cae la noche. Al principio yo no estaba del todo seguro si podría hacer fotos así, pero me tomé el tiempo de intentar captar momentos llamativos y creo que la misma luz de los postes que menciono ayudó bastante a generar bastante contraste y también a iluminar lo necesario del protagonista para hacerlo destacar.

To be completely honest, I still prefer to take photos only in the afternoon, but since I was still there at dusk, I had to do the best I could, and honestly, I liked the photos. I would say that it's interesting to capture things from a different perspective. It's something I would do again, and I think I could do it better next time.

Siendo muy honesto, sigo prefiriendo hacer las fotos solo en la tarde, pero como todavía seguía allí al anochecer, pues, tuve que hacer lo mejor que pude y honestamente me gustaron las fotos; diría que es interesante captar las cosas desde un escenario distinto, es algo que volvería a hacer, creo que podría hacerlo mejor la próxima vez.
