I guess we are witnessing a very revolutionary moment in the history of Steem. New beginnings, I guess it's a time for renewal and new beginnings for a better future of us Steemians, which will now be Hive. Friday will be a remarkable day for us Steemians where we witness these changes and when the community starts thriving we will feel proud of ourselves to be a part of this change. It's time for us to welcome this change with open arms. Though I know a lot of us are very emotionally attached to Steem. It's been 2.5 years for me continuously on Steem every single day and now calling it Hive will require a lot of mental shift.
Also at this point of time, I do have a lot of questions in my mind and not sure as to where this radical shift will lead to. Besides taking care of the very value of decentralization there are a lot of other aspects also to look at.
I am wondering
All these are some questions that I guess the answers will come through in the next couple of days.
I am sure it's not going to be all very smooth and we will have to overcome the hurdles, but if we are able to bring in the same value into Hive as we had in Steem then all is well that ends well.
I am going to continue with my post, let's see how the future of Hive shapes up and eventually what happens to Steem.
If I have to only keep one of it then I will go with the Hive, because personally I believe that sometimes the change is always for a better future and also that I would like to be with my communities and be with my own people who till now has been on Steemit.
I am going to cherish these memories, but for sure I am not going to cling to it.
This probably is my last post on Steemit. I am feeling very emotional understanding that I will not be using Steemit anymore, but as said with disasters always comes great opportunities which we must embrace.
