Hello everyone.
Sometimes, after difficult and emotionally exhausting days, moments of pure, absolute light arrive. This is exactly what happened to me during a recent session with the children. In a world where adults are constantly rushing somewhere, building complex self-presentation strategies, and trying to meet rigid standards, I realized that my personal work strategy is completely different. I do not know how to "sell" myself to management. I simply do what I endlessly love, and I subtly feel exactly what interests the children at any given moment.Today, a true miracle took place in our space—a complete oneness with the children. We were on the exact same level of creativity. I remembered that these were the very moments I loved back in kindergarten and school. Surely, Sukhomlynsky wrote about these exact moments in his stories and "teachings for children."

I suggested that the children work on a diamond mosaic. And in the process, I consciously let go of all dry, adult rules. I agreed that the work did not have to be finished "perfectly" right now. It is much more important that those few bright drops of stones were placed by the child themselves, with their own little hands, and not by me instead of them. I allowed them to change colors, to go beyond the boundaries of diagrams and templates. After that, I simply placed double-sided tape on a white sheet of paper, and the child created their own unique masterpiece with the mosaic. Any child who was just passing by and felt the impulse to create could join us at any moment, even if the others had started long ago. And to those who did not succeed right away, I said: "Try again."

It was a true, living, creative chaos. And I absolutely adore it. While some were laying out the mosaic, others nearby were passionately painting with colors.
When the session ended and it was time to say goodbye, every mother, entering the room, looked at me and at her happy child. And their faces blossomed with sincere joy. For parents, there is no greater peace of mind than seeing that their child is heard here, that their individuality is respected, and that they are not forced into the rigid boundaries of duty.

I often think about the fact that I do not try to "earn" anyone's respect or build an ideal, artificial facade. Respect and love cannot be earned. They are born on their own—as a natural echo of the fact that you simply do what you love, honestly, nobly, and with an open heart.

Creativity tolerates no borders. It requires freedom and safety. And I am happy to be the person who can gift this space to children.

Last week, we made a collective artwork called "The Astronaut," and now it holds a place of honor in our room. Meanwhile, Maksym drew his guinea pig, Nesquik, during his lesson. As for me, I continue to craft my snub-nosed motanka dolls in my free time. We all create incredible things every single day; we simply do not attach grand significance to it.
