Saludos querida comunidad del maravilloso mundo de la mecánica en Hive . es para mí un gran placer compartir con ustedes nuevamente y mostrarle el trabajo que realizamos en el taller mecánico para Buses. el día de hoy tuvimos mucho trabajo sin embargo quiero destacar uno en especifico y fue que un bus al cual requería un cambio de dos de sus llantas. llego un par de ruedas que requerían cambio de llantas así que en este video les enseñaré el proceso para retirar y colocar las llantas a los aros de un Bus. Está no es la primera vez que realizó este trabajo así que ya he aprendido a perfeccionar la técnica para hacerlo lo más rápido posible ya que en el taller debemos realizar el trabajo lo más rápido posible para mantenerte el flujo constante de clientes. Es un proceso sencillo pero por falta de maquinaria lo realizamos manualmente

Primero se levanta con el gato hidráulico el lado del bus dónde retiraremos las llantas después la sacamos con la llave de alto impacto y la llevo al sitio en donde retiraré las llantas del aro

Una vez allí saco la aguja de inyección de aire y espero que bote el aire
Posteriormente golpeare los estremos con una mandaría para separar la llanta del aro
Luego con una garra retiraré la parte de arriba y con la barra la de abajo

Una vez afuera la primera procederé con la segunda con el mismo procedimiento
Espero que llegue el respuesto y comenzaré el proceso de enllantado

El cuál antes tardaba 30 minutos cada una ahora solo me toca 15 minutos

Ya con el respuesto coloque los aros
En el suelo y lo coloque la llanta

Primero le moje los bordes con agua y detergente y con un martillo y yo sobre la llanta para hacer peso . Golpeó los bordes para que entre en el aro una vez dentro lo sello con aire a presión inflo y relleno de aire con el medidor las llantas

Hello dear community of the wonderful world of mechanics in Hive. It is a great pleasure for me to share with you again and show you the work we do in the mechanical workshop for buses. Today we had a lot of work but I want to highlight one in particular and it was that a bus that required a change of two of its tires. A pair of wheels arrived that required a change of tires so in this video I will show you the process of removing and installing the tires on the rims of a bus. This is not the first time I have done this work so I have already learned to perfect the technique to do it as quickly as possible since in the workshop we must do the work as quickly as possible to keep the constant flow of customers. It is a simple process but due to lack of machinery we do it manually

First, with the hydraulic jack, lift the side of the bus where we will remove the tires, then remove it with the high impact wrench and take it to the site where we will remove the tires from the rim

Once there, remove the air injection needle and wait for it to bounce
Then hit the extremes with a sledgehammer to separate the tire from the rim
Then with a claw I will remove the top part and with the bar the bottom

Once outside the first one, I will proceed with the second with the same procedure
I hope the answer comes and I will start the tire mounting process

Which before took 30 minutes each, now it only takes me 15 minutes

With the answer, I put the rims
On the ground and I put the tire

First, wet the edges with water and detergent and with a hammer and me on the tire to make weight. Hit the edges so that it enters the rim once inside, I inflate it with air pressure and fill it with air with the tire
