Hooray, For Spring Rhubarb

I was out poking around the farm this afternoon, looking for signs of new life. Hooray!! After all the snow, and ice the Rhubarb still decided to pop up through the ground. It's always one of earliest producers here, a sure sign that the seasons are changing. The plants we have have been handed down in the family for many years, making them over a 100 years old. We continue to separate them every couple years and share them with friends. Here's to a tangy season!!
