How r u all? Hope you all are doing well and enjoying yourself, I'm good too and enjoying my company .
Today I would like to share a recipe which I cooked few days ago, with my cousin. I never had it before, tried it first time and don't know the name of this recipe.

It contains 3 layer or I can say this recipe has 3 layer ; refined flour, potato stuff and gram flour.

For bottom I used small roti(chapati) of refined flour (maida) , use potato stuff for middle and at the top used gram flour batter.

so we called it "3 piece".

It is spicy in taste and delicious also 😋
