New Year's Eve, In the countryside of China, people usually use food ancestor worship, need to use some food, usually green onions, pig meat or bacon, a pair of carp, red bamboo chopsticks, all household together, worship ancestors,firecrackers,Ordinary people will put green onions at random, pig nose plug on the green onions used to imitate, this dish is very characteristic,used to imitate as the elephant!
中国的新年大年三十，除夕夜晚，在中国的乡村至今流传着祭拜祖先的传统文化，祭拜祖先需要到祠堂，祠堂的祖谱记载着村庄的历史和各个家庭人物名单，需要用到一些食物，一般是大葱，猪头肉或者腊肉，一对鲤鱼，红色的竹筷子，一个大木盘用来装食物，每家每户聚集一起，祭拜祖先，放鞭炮，普通的人会把大葱随意摆放，如果讲究，猪鼻子插上大葱用来模仿装象，这盘菜非常有特色，也很有寓意，用来模仿冒充大象，其它人都用猪头肉祭拜祖先，插上大葱后就变成了大象肉祭拜祖先，哈哈:)
