In the previous devlog,I explained about the significance of land tires in MydEmpire! Today we will understand how to build and grow your empire. Building factories is only the first step in MydEmpire.
The real growth of an empire happens when industries are upgraded and developed over time.
A small factory may start with modest production, but with the right strategy it can evolve into a powerful industrial complex.
The Blueprint Levels
Each factory is created using a Blueprint and blueprints determine the initial strength of the industry. There are five blueprint levels:
B1 — Basic
B2 — Improved
B3 — Advanced
B4 — High
B5 — Elite
Higher blueprint levels increase the production multiplier of the factory. For example, an elite blueprint can produce more than twice the output of a basic one.
This creates an interesting strategic layer where players must decide how to use their blueprints. Should they build immediately or wait for a stronger opportunity?
Factory Upgrades
Factories are not static. Over time they can be upgraded to higher levels, increasing their production capacity.
However upgrades require two important things:
1️⃣ Active operation time
Factories must run for a certain number of days before they become eligible for upgrades.
2️⃣ EMP investment
Upgrading an industry requires EMP to improve the infrastructure and technology.
This system rewards players who maintain active production and think long term.
Strategic Decisions
Not every upgrade decision is simple.
Players must consider:
- Which factory should be upgraded first
- Whether to expand new factories or strengthen existing ones
- How to manage maintenance and production
Different strategies can lead to different types of empires. Some players may focus on many medium factories, while others may focus on a few highly advanced industries.
A Living Industrial System
The goal is to create a system where empires evolve gradually over time. Instead of instant progress, development happens step by step.
Factories grow, industries expand, and the empire becomes stronger day by day.
