The most important aspects of a human life is body, mind and soul. These three things are very essential to having a fully functional human being. However when one area suffers, it echoes to the other parts, which makes them all dependent on each other for human survival.

And to function as a peak performing human...you need to tick all the boxes.

For instance if a man is not in a good physical condition, no matter how much mind power hes got, he wont be able to use it in lifting an heavy weight. Same goes for when the mind is unstable. This makes all the cognitive function to slack.

When our minds are foggy and slacky, no matter how physically fit we are we'll always find it hard to focus on basic tasks not to talk of bigger ones.

For this reason its is best that we always strengthen our body & mind, before all things.

But how do we do this in reality. There are a lot of mumbo jumbo tricks you hear from people in real life and online about how to achieve this, however there different methods and techniques that suits each and every one of us.

For example, working out is the most widely known way to keep fit and have a healthy body. But most times people are restricted by one issues or the other, making them unable to hit the gym consistently.

Some could be limited by finance, location(having a gym that's miles away from you), and some don't have the luxury of time to hit the gym due to work. Tbh, apart from laziness, there are understandable reasons for not being able to go to the gym.

Nonetheless we have to find a way to keep fit and this is why some home workouts are the best choice for those who are not in for the gym groove. And don't think its not going to build up your muscles... It will but only if you stay consistent. And all it takes are 10-30 mins on waking up or before going to bed.

100 pushups daily, 100 squats daily for 100 days is said to give out massive results in increasing your muscle mass and keep you in a great shape. All you've got to do is to give it a try and thank me later.

Right now im not that fit to hit the gym too, and that's why im going for a few pushup before bed and before breakfast. If you ask me how it felt...ill say its a great experience. Now i don't have any excuse to give myself for not staying in shape.

Life can be so exhausting and tiring sometimes but if we keep our body, mind and soul in a healthy position we are going to find it easy to persevere against all odds.

We all know that presently in the whole world there is a lot of issues ranging from financial breakdown, matrix targeting whoever is rich enough to talk against them and poverty being a norm for the average joe all over the world. Inflation is even the least of it if you look carefully.

There's just so much going on that we forget that if we are to become unstoppable and persevere amidst all the turmoil...we need to be in our peak performance as humans.
