I wrote about rest few days ago. And, I think I didn't fully complete without stressing that: Rest doesn't just happen; you make rest happen
Rest is invented. ~PROFLEE
Someone once mentioned that rest is invented. It is not just something that comes by by itself. You must create it. You just gat to make it happen.
So now, I need you to act on that knowledge and create time for rest.
