Saludos a todos los que se encuentran en este espacio digital, me toca hoy un gran compromiso porque es un tema que me deja pensativa y como siempre reflexiva, ¿vivo una vida al natural, o la tecnología, los cambios emergentes se apoderan de mi?. Para iniciar este relato, me leí varias veces lo que señala el discurso de la invitación de @empowertalent, y en cada frase pensé, definitivamente ver los puntos de encuentro entre lo natural y la tecnología, es muchas veces difícil.

Ahora bien, que puedo comentarles de mi vida al natural, rescato los valores que me ayudaron a formarme como esta mujer de 52 años, el respeto, el amor, honestidad, gratitud, empatía y tantos otros que se han ido fortaleciendo con el paso del tiempo, uno de los puntos más resaltes en mi vida natural es mi familia, quien forma la base fundamental en mi vida. Esa familia que me ayuda a dar esa vuelta a lo natural, entender que necesito encontrar los tiempos para disfrutar de un rato ameno en la naturaleza, pues tengo el privilegio de vivir frente al mar, y es por eso, que muchas veces me dicen, vamos un rato a pasear, y es ese justo momento donde me desconecto y me voy a respirar y admirar esos paisajes que realmente me encantan, cabe acotar que mi color favorito es el azul.

Para mi, el recorrido de vida, se divide en diferentes momentos, soy una persona que se adapta y es flexible ante las situaciones de vida, por eso, he podido disfrutar tanto a nivel profesional, como personal, desde visitar esos espacios que me invitan a sentirme tan feliz, como aprender que el proceso en si, me permite encontrar esos caminos que me ayudan a ver lo que puedo hacer. A veces me da nostalgia y en este caos e incertidumbre en la que vivo en mi país, pues me toca aprender a respirar y entender, que seguir fortaleciendo mi mente, a través de las formaciones, es un camino que también me ayuda a sentirme viva. No es fácil se los digo con toda la honestidad, porque, si disfruto de compartir conocimientos, enseñar a otras personas, motivar para fortalecerse, pues, aprendí que de mis experiencias puedo ser capaz de ayudar no solo a mi misma, sino a muchas personas, y bueno, esa es una de mis grandes pasiones.

📢• Soy una persona de mucha fe y creo en Dios todo poderoso, cada mañana agradezco por la oportunidad de vivir, de tener ese privilegio de respirar, de tener una familia a quien amo, agradezco por tener esa inmensa posibilidad de contar con personas vitaminas, aquellas que llegan a mí y me ayudan a seguir creciendo.

📢• Sobre mi base alimenticia, lo comenté en el post anterior, es uno de los retos, cambiar habito para mejorar mi salud integral, ese reto lo llevo poco a poco, porque, no sé ustedes, pero a mí se me pone cuesta arriba hacer ese cambio inmediato.

I am taking this challenge slowly because, I don't know about you, but I find it difficult to make such a change immediately. 📢• Algo positivo, es que estoy cada día disfrutando de mí, abrazando los miedos, y me atrevo a explorar nuevos gustos musicales por ejemplo. En este sentido, les comento que me encanta un grupo de k-pop desde hace varios años, pero, me costaba compartirlo con el entorno 😋, porque a mi edad me decían que “ya era muy vieja para ese tipo de música”, pero saben, me gustó BTS 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜por la profundidad de sus letras, especialmente las que compartieron en los álbumes Wings (2016), Love Yourself: Tear (2018), Map of the Soul: 7 (2020), con canciones realmente profundas, especialmente por la cultura donde ellos se han formado y que se atrevieron a ser disruptivos desde todo punto de vista… recomendadas todas las canciones. Por cierto, este año pasado, mi familia me dio una super sorpresa, para mi cumpleaños la decoración fue en base a BTS, algo muy lindo y que realmente no me lo esperaba.

Para finalizar pienso que podemos lograr equilibrios entre lo natural y la tecnología, este ecosistema digital es un ejemplo maravilloso de ello, donde utilizamos la tecnología para capturar esos momentos extraordinarios que nos permite el encuentro con la naturaleza, y luego llegar a estos espacios y compartirlos de la mejor manera posible. Gracias a todos y todas por darme la oportunidad de compartir mi esencia, mis pensamientos, emociones, sensibilidades, y atreverme a mostrar esa yo, que a veces me cuesta compartir con el entorno.
