The Faith That Moves Us. / Monomad Challenge [Eng/Esp]

Faith is an essential part of Cuban life, and I’m not referring solely to the religious aspect; it’s a faith that goes beyond that, one that has to do with life as a whole, with survival; it’s a blend of past, present, and future, of hopes and anxieties, of sadness and happiness. Based on this concept, I wanted to share the following selection of images with you.

La fe es parte esencial en la vida del cubano, y no me refiero al aspecto solamente religioso; es una fe que va más allá, que tiene que ver con la vida toda, con la subsistencia; es una mezcla de pasado, presente y futuro, de esperanzas y angustias, de tristeza y felicidad. A partir de este concepto he querido traerles la siguiente selección de imágenes.
