Happy weekend to all.

Today in today's photo selection there is something that repeats a lot...the color blue! It's not only my favorite color, but I always try to include it in the images. And it's not difficult, because it's everywhere: the sea, the sky... Even the habaneros use it for everything, they paint their cars, houses, signs, baseball teams. Some time ago I read in a book by Havana historian Ciro Bianchi that in the 16th century most houses were painted in this color.

Well, I'd better not write any more and show you the photos. As always, they are street scenes of daily life here.

Hoy en la selección de fotos hay algo que se repite mucho… ¡el color azul! No es solo mi color favorito, sino que siempre trato de incluirlo en las imágenes. Y no es difícil, porque está en todas partes: el mar, el cielo… Hasta los habaneros lo usan para todo, pintan sus autos, casas, carteles, equipos de béisbol. Hace un tiempo leí en un libro del historiador habanero Ciro Bianchi que en el siglo XVI la mayoría de las casas se pintaban de este color.
Bueno, mejor no escribo más y les muestro las fotos. Como siempre, son escenas callejeras de la vida diaria por acá.
