Recently I went for a ride with Simon Andreassen. We had a bit of a chat talking about powermeters and stuff like that. He is a very approachable person and great to talk to. He greeted us all and was even talking to us. Not at all arrogant or anything like that. He is a very lucky person to have cycling as his job. That's all he does all day.
He goes for a gym session or ride in the morning and then another ride in the afternoon. Currently he is staying in Stellenbosch for training with other pro riders. Stellenbosch is a great place for training camps and cycling. Lots of pro's come here to train.
