My Actifit Report Card: April 14 2020

I woke up today needing to bang on my cardio drumming ball. I needed to make some extra serotonin. I hit it hard today.

@bozz and I needed to take Jovi to the vet today to get her vaccines updated. She needed her heartworm medicine and they wouldn't allow it until she was vaccinated.

While driving home, it started snowing. Blizzard is more like it! I came home and worked and contacted more families.

I napped and read some of my book. It is so good.
