My Actifit Report Card: February 17 2020

Woke up at my 4am alarm and was ready for some cardio drumming. I hit it hard today. My thumbs became numb. 😁

It was a pretty smooth Monday. It started out with a parent meeting that I thought could become difficult. I did some breathing with my Calm app before the parent arrived.

After work @bozz and I went to watch one of my nieces play volleyball. It was some pretty close matches. The snow started falling as we were leaving. We are expected to get 2-5 inches.
