What if we ate right... and balanced our guts, our hormones, our chackras, our souls, our lives?
What if we, in that clarity, could use emotions as tools to navigate this life, not as rulers.
What if when we spoke and said "I'll pray for you", we incorporated that prayer into our breathe, our DNA, our essence?
