The downvote was being introduced during in steem. There were those abusers and the community thought that downvote will be needed. Although, there will always be a disadvantage in every advantage. Some people used it in the wrong way. I experienced downvotes a few times and it hurts me emotionally. Maybe I was just not being used to it. Even so, I considered downvote not good if it will be used in the wrong way. Other users may be feeling the same as I felt before.
Now, before you will click that downvote understands first why you will click it.
I will give you an example if you will use that downvote. It was stated there what will be the reason for that action. Maybe all of us understands well about what it said. If that account didn't have what it said in downvoting then tell me what's your reason for doing it? It's not that I'm against of it, it's just that by doing that we are like bullying someone. Just because you're powerful you can do things you want. No, it's not like that because of many people promoting hive in different social media. Don't tell me, we the users who stay here for a long time ruined that?
I thought we wanted hive to be different from steem? I thought we wanted hive to be a better place. How can we make it better if we will decide it through downvotes? We are not some thugs that we decide things right away. We don't want to hurt each other here. I remember before when someone took over steem from us. We united to fight someone who wanted to rob our lovely community.
If we keep on downvoting for no valid reasons. Did we change or we are just like before to ruin the image of our newly built community. Please think before using that downvotes. No one will disagree if you will use it in the right way. But if not, our community will be tainted for sure and new people will just leave us. We want more people to be in hive, right? We are encouraging many investors so we can see our lovely community to the moon?
