피렌체에서 그 유명하다는 티본 스테이크를 먹어보았다!!
역시나 한입 먹자마자 입안에서 녹아 없어져 버렸다.
평소에 스테이크를 먹을때 미디움 레어로 먹는 편인데
여기서 미디움 레어를 시키니 속살이 거의 생고기 수준이었다.
만약 다시 여기 올 기회가 생긴다면 다음에는 미디움으로 먹어보고싶다.
그리고 이탈리아 하면 파스타!!
그래서 파스타도 티본 스테이크와 함께 주문해서 먹어보니 역시나 맛있었다.
솔직한 나의 입맛은 이탈리아의 파스타도 맛있지만
한국에서 오래살고 한국화된 외국음식들에게 적응된 나로서는
한국의 파스타가 나에겐 더 잘 맞는거 같다.
i tried a T-bone steak in Firenze!
i normally tend to order a medium rare steak
inside of it was like a literally rare tho,
i was kind of surprised with it but it just melted in my mouth when i had a one bite!
and i also ordered a pasta cuz pasta is one of the most famous food in Italy.
no wonder it was good!
but honestly, in my personal taste, as a person who was born in Korea and has been living in Korea for a long time,
A Korean style pasta is better for me haha
