I think you'll agree that we got a lot of nonsense in our heads while we were growing up. These nonsenses mostly came from our parents, media, school, etc…
Don't get me wrong. We also got a LOT of good stuff, so your parents, the media, and school shouldn't be your excuse for not living the financial life you want.
There are two things I'd like to help you rectify from your past programming. As you know, there are two mindsets: ABUNDANCE (a very large quantity of something) and SCARCITY (a small and inadequate amount).
I want you to realize that there is an ABUNDANCE of opportunities and money in this world. It is important that you realize that so that you don't get caught up in the demon of scarcity.
According to wikianswers, there are currently over 7.6 billion people in the world. Yes, 7.6 billion people who have to feed everyday! Close your eyes and imagine that you supply a certain kind of food to just 0.005% of the world's population at $1 per week.
That's $380, 000 every single week. I found this mind-blowing!
So don't get too caught up with that "money is scarce" mentality.
MONEY IS NOT SCARCE. You just have to work for your own fair portion.
