I went to our clinic today for routine check up.My blood pressure was 110/70 which is good but what was more exhilarating was when I measured my weight. Two months ago, it was at 95 kg, guess my wait now? For 2 months, I made a resolution that I will lose weight because my sugar is getting high and the sugar is making my skin itchy. I gave up rice and exercised 1 hr a day or 10k steps. With all these effort my weight now is 90.4kg!!!
