In this episode of In the Kitchen with Matt, I will teach you how to make amazing applesauce muffins. These applesauce muffins are super tasty, easy to make, and really cheap! Have you ever bought a large jar of applesauce and got tired of eating it and wound up throwing it away because it went bad? Well mix it up a little bit and make applesauce muffins! Ingredients:

4 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
2 large eggs
2 cups of apples sauce
1 cup of melted butter
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of baking soda

Hand mixer or stand mixer
bowls
whisk
muffin pan
baking cups
