I wanted to experiment painting a portrait but having all of the color that I typically fill in bleed outside of the lines. I thought the smeared color effect actually worked better than expected. It adds a fuzzy element, to the characters.
This person I made up entirely while on an airplane. Not sure if they are male or female, what things they like, but this is what they look like. I wanted to have a strong pop of color. I haven't met anyone like this, but it seems like I'm starting to!
