Pinakbet Ilocano Staple

Pakbet is a popular vegetable dish of Ilocano. This is one of my culinary favorites.

Ingredients:
Eggplant
Bitter Melon
Lady Finger(Okra)
Tomatoes
Garlic, Onion
Squash
Long beans
Bagoong
Cooking oil
