Greatings my co-motors friend.

It is my privilege to share a post here today in this community. How are you all doing? I hope you all are doing good and if you care about mind, i am doing good today.

Today i want to post about the redesign of a car seat i did on Monday and Tuesday. It was not only seat i did one the car, i did the door carpet, the roof etc and this really take my much of my time and it was really stressful.

The good thing about my work is that though matter how the economy of my country the are some people that have money and the will always look for the way possible make their car interior look neat and nice, that is to say God always bless me with work.

This very project, i charge the owner 30 dollar's only and at the end i used 18 dollars to complete the work, and this took me two days.

This has been something i have done everyday and i am use to the stress.
I also try my best to make sure i satisfied my customer and always try to put smile in their face because the is nothing sweet has to always do work to the test of your customers.

To proceed, i will love to share my working process although is not something new, i alway use one method to get my work done, the only difference is that, different seat with different patterns.

Here was the seat before

Here is it after working on it

The old leather has expired so i am to replace with a new one. Here is the process.

Firstly i loose the seat from the back with the help of spanners.

After going it loose, i then use a measuring tape to take the length of each pattern on the seat and then write it down for easy access.

After getting the measurements, i then transfer the measurements to the new leather that i am going to work with. See photo below 馃憞

After drawing the line, i then use scissors to cut out the new leather follow the line i drawn.

To get the new leather ready for sewing, if you discover i cut the leather in a rectangular form which don't mean anything, so i have to form a pattern. To do this, i place the new cut leather on it possition and then draw out the shape to form the new leather, after that i then place the cut pattern on a roof material and gum it together just to make the pattern thick and smooth. Finally i cut it out for sewing process.

I then join the pattern together using my sewing machine. And below you can see that the new seat cover is ready.

Finally i clip the new seat cover to the seat frame.

Here is both seat after clipping the new seat covers

I then tight the seat back to get the final results. Here are the outcome results

How do you see the final results?
Hope it look nice
