1. Why do I get an error message when I try to login to my dashboard?

• There are quite a few number of reasons why you will be getting the error message.
• Your browser is an explorer
• You have entered an email, other than the one that you have registered during your KYC.
• You have requested a number of verification codes and have not entered the most recent one.
• You have entered the wrong verification code or have a typo.

　2. Can I login to dashboard if I have not participated in the ICO?

You will not be able to login to our dashboard if the amount of MOC that is meant to be distributed to you amounts to zero.
Participants who have not participated themselves but have aquired referral bonuses will be able to login.

　3. I have not registered KYC, can I still login to dashboard?

If you have not registered KYC, you will not be able to login to our dashboard. This also includes cases where KYC was not successfully completed due to incorrect photo authentication.

　4. I participated using an ethereum wallet address, other than the one registered in KYC, can I still login?

You will not be able to login into our dashboard if you send via wallet addresses other than the one registered in KYC.

1. 대시보드 로그인을 시도하는데 계속 에러 메시지가 뜨네요. 뭐가 문제인가요?

• 에러는 다양한 이유로 발생할 수 있습니다.
• 브라우저가 익스플로러인 경우
• 이메일주소가 kyc에 입력한 것과 상이하거나 오타가 있는 경우
• 여러번의 인증 시도로 인해 다수의 보안코드가 전송되었는데 가장 최신 보안코드를 사용하지 않고 이전 코드를 사용한 경우
• 보안코드를 복사&붙여넣기 할 때 공백이나 다른 글자가 같이 들어간 경우

　2. ICO 참여 안했는데 로그인 시도하는 경우에도 대시보드 로그인이 가능한가요?

지급 받으실 MOC가 0일 경우 로그인이 불가능합니다.
직접 참가는 안 하셨더라도 리퍼럴 보너스를 통해 수령할 모스코인이 존재하는 분들은 정상적으로 로그인이 가능합니다.

　3. KYC 등록을 안 했는데 대시보드 로그인이 가능한가요?

KYC 등록을 안 하셨으면 로그인이 불가능합니다. 사진 때문에 불합격으로 처리된 KYC 신청자들도 로그인이 불가능합니다.

　4. KYC에 등록된 지갑주소랑 다른 지갑주소를 통해 ICO에 참가하였는데 대시보드 로그인이 왜 안 되나요?

KYC에 등록된 지갑주소와 참가하신 지갑주소가 일치하지 않으면 로그인이 불가능합니다.
