On the island, a unique cultural view has been formed due to the interaction of different civilizations such as Indian, Chinese, and Javanese.
However, the Balinese people managed to combine this diversity into a unique whole that can be called only Balinese. This art form is highly spiritual and connected to Hinduism and the natural world.
It is impossible to understand the culture of Bali without knowing the meanings of its arts. Every single detail tells a story about Hindu gods and demons, as well as ordinary people’s lives in the past.
Noteworthy, that in Bali art is not something far from us, it is around us.
Local people create amazing works of art every day. They carve intricate figures for their temples and paint beautiful patterns on palm leaves. From generation to generation, this art is being passed through the ages.
