With a boring office and a nervous afternoon, I just decided to go out and let the camera do the job. I went straight to the nearest park, but it was a bit too hot for people to enjoy spending time outside, so there was almost no one there. Well, the empty park did not upset me, because when there are no people around, light/shadow can become the main character of the story.

During my walk, I tried to catch some awesome shots of contrast between the object and its shadow. It was pretty challenging, but every once in a while, some cool silhouette would come to my rescue. I believe that there is something magical and mysterious about shadows. By looking at shadows, you can actually imagine what objects are hidden behind them.

So, here are two awesome pictures that I caught on my camera. They are not over-edited, and all the cool contrast is totally real. In my opinion, that summer light just screams for cool shadows, and I had to share it with the world. I added some editing to bring out the cool contrast and focus on the interesting shapes.

I want to ask you guys, do you look out for detail in shadows when you go on adventures, or do you prefer colorful sights and sounds? Tell us in the comments below.

Love U all ❤️
