Whatever city I visit, its public transport, usually buses, trams, and other vehicles of this kind, always have something unique and intriguing for me.

It was the same in Belgrade
there were some old electric trolleybuses of unique design.

There were also ordinary buses of different types.

Moreover, there were modern new trams of brilliant design and high tech.

GSP Beograd public transport companies provided excellent opportunities for exploring the city by different vehicles. Old electric trolleybuses of the iconic red and yellow colors have been circulating for many years, and smart Spanish CAF Urbos 3 low-floor trams with their modern design have recently appeared in the streets of Belgrade.

Due to the existence of the river, there were also boats, but I do not know exactly if they are intended for passing passengers or only for fishing and tourism, as I did not see any signs indicating the former. At the same time, I know that in Istanbul, there is an excellent sea taxi system, which I noticed instantly in Belgrade.

After a long day of walking around, visiting many places and taking photos, my friend and I were exhausted to the point where we could not even find a place to buy tickets on the approaching tram. My friend was getting nervous and wanted to skip the tram, but I convinced him to “just go and see”. We got inside, but there was not a single machine or person to buy a ticket.

It seemed that everyone had a smart card or was paying with cards, but there was no such possibility for us.

I said to my friend, “Forget it, let’s just sit down. At least, I'll be able to take a break. Whatever the fine, it will not hurt me.”

In the end, it seems that no one was going to fine us since maybe we were the only tourists among the locals or they simply did not notice us!

Overall, I had a great experience!
