To help myself relax, I decided to exercise. I asked a friend to join me, which made it more fun. Exercising in the morning helped me focus and improved my memory, which are important for learning. It also put me in a good mood, making it easier to face schoolwork with a positive mindset.

Morning exercise also teaches discipline and time management because waking up early to exercise takes effort and planning. These skills are very helpful in school when managing assignments and studying for exams.

Regular exercise also keeps our bodies healthy, so we don’t get sick easily. It can even improve our sleep, which is something many of us struggle with.
