If you're not familiar with UnderRail, it is a post apocalyptic RPG released in 2016. it was heavily influenced by the original Fallout games and was absolutely brilliant. Expeditions is the first expansion for the game recently released and packed with decent amount of new content. As any great indie RPG this one was missed by a lot of people, now you have another chance to enter this unforgiving version of post apocalypse. People are living underground, the beasts are mutated, there is hacking, lockpicking, stealing, crafting, Psionics and all sorts of other cool stuff to experience. Old School Style.

First of all Expeditions expansion starts mid game (I entered when I was lvl 12), so you will have to play from the beginning and these are awesome news for anyone who happen to not play the original game. In Expedition you will go for a boat ride into a dangerous and less explored Black Sea. There you will find a lot of new enemies and mysteries of the world to uncover. Black Sea is even more unforgiving than the base game so you better be prepared, this game is hard as hell, which I happen to like, sometimes.

Level cap is raised to lvl 30, you can now actually ride jet skis and upgrade them, there are new guns to use, you can unlock many new veteran feats to further specialize your character, you're gonna need all that and more to get the most of this game. When I played original few years ago I lost my saves, so I needed to start all over again, and wow this game is tough cookie to crack, but more rewarding than anything else once you start progressing and getting better. Truly a diamond of a game.

This is a must play package for every fan of the old school RPG genre. Also, prepare to lose many hours while playing this awesome game, it is a long journey, a journey worth taking. Score: 95/100!
