Bahan;
1 bh terong
3 bh cabe merah besar
2 bh cabe rawit besar
1 bh baput
garam
penyedap rasa
Cara:
cuci bersih terong lalu iris tipis2 lalu goreng stengah kering, sisihkan
haluskan baput dan cabe beri garam dan penyedap rasa secukupnya koreksi rasa lalu masukkan terong penyet2 di atas sambal, siap disajikan.
