It's kind of normal, and black bears generally don't want anything to do with people. I give them respectful space and act non-threatening so hopefully they don't feel like they are being encroached upon.

They are everywhere here, we've had so much growth in Asheville in the last 10 years and we are surrounded by the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Pisgah National Forest, so they come down the mountain because

Wow, really beautiful! Kind of cool how the sunset spilled over and all around the bridge! Definitely hear you about family, mine can really drive me nuts sometimes, but it's usually when I'm resisting

Omg 20 is so cold lol!!!! My fingers & toes are the hardest, they just go numb & then I’m done. I have toe covers & a balaclava, but my body just can’t take it. I’m from St. Croix in the US
