It annoys me when i get an out-of-focus pic, as is the case with this one here, after a quick assesment i thought it was worth holding on to, the sticker is the work of an artist by the name of Alkiviades and was located somwhere in London, after a quick look at their Instagram i saw that they describe themselves as a "Illustrator and Architect based in Athens" and they have quite an extensive portfolio.
