I have seen people complaining that their posts don't gain that much popularity after the amount of hard work they put in those posts.I would like to advice them makes posts according to their following.For exapmle I have almost 50 followers so I don't make long posts.My average post size would be about 2 paragraphs which is ok because I know only a few people will see it.But if you have atleast 200 followers then you can make proper quality content because you have to serve a larger number of following.
Try to add a picture so people's attention can be grabbed.
