Pre-birthday depression
Many times over weeks before my birthday I am elated, but a day or two to the D-day I am washed by sadness that could be orchestrated by anything.
It has no single reason, it just happens. This year it has started again. A failed Pos transaction of over 40 dollars and I battling with the banks
Today, I want to celebrate admist failed transactions, declined cards, beating myself up for not achieving more than I wanted and pre-birthday anonymous depressions.
My classmates and I would receive our results today and I want to be in good spirits.
