The beautiful views at the Weaselhead natural area are a breathtaking sight. I really enjoy this place; the water is great for recreation, the paths are fun to hike on, and the people you encounter are friendly. Its right on the edge of Calgary, a river called the Elbow feeds into the Glenmore reservoir, which provides a good portion of the city's water supply. Some of the pathways would take you into the Rocky Mountains if you hiked far enough.
