I think both of these insects are among my favourite creatures. They both look really cool close up, maybe even scary. Imagining what it would be if they were giants is quite terrifying, and macro photography is one of the best ways to visually represent that. Getting in close with both of these insects is a great way to get more practice with macro; they tend to give enough opportunities when they slow down to get some shots and try differnt things.
