Hello steemians this morning I cook Sinabawang Baboy na may mais a request dish of my daughter.
So easy to prepare..
Pork special ribs
sweet corn
Petchay
Onion
Squash
Bell pepper
Ginger
lemon grass
Spring Onions
Boiled the ribs,sweetcorn, lemon grass and ginger together for 45mins wait the sweetcorn to be tender, add the squash let it boiled for another 3mins, lastly put all together the remaining ingriedients petchay, bell pepper and onions add seasoning accordingly and garnished it with spring onion.
