They say, tears can cleanse the dirt in the eyes. Crying makes us feel better, even when a problem always care.
Trials in life could never been deminished. Its always there constant. You can never go through happiness without hardships. So I end myself to smile a bit. Though sometimes, it is so hard to coped up when everything falls apart. Having issues with trust is a must. I value trust more than anything else. "What if that person is not going to trust me again?". I am afraid that no one will trust me the way before. Instead of keeping my pain. I bursted into tears. Couldn't help myself to shed some tears while I was closing my eyes.
Why I hate Crying?
TO CRY doesn't mean I am weak. Cry for me is a saddest word and I don't wanna be sad. I am a bubbly person. I usually laugh out hard and throw some jokes at everyone. Indeed, I value happiness more than sadness. If others will tell, "If you value happiness you can give merit to sadness". That's what they call it, "Yin and Yang". Negativity loves Positivity. So I should endure and embrace the tears from crying. Because that's what makes me strong.
For psychological reasons they say, Crying is a natural response to a range of emotions, from deep sadness and grief to extreme happiness and joy. But is crying good for your health?
That's why others often asks me about this question.
Is it Good For Mental Health?
Crying for long periods of time releases oxytocin and endogenous opioids, otherwise known as endorphins. These feel-good chemicals can help ease both physical and emotional pain. Once the endorphins are released, your body may go into somewhat of a numb stage. Oxytocin can give you a sense of calm or well-being.
When To Seek A Physician
If crying becomes overwhelming or uncontrollable, see a doctor or mental health professional for evaluation and treatment.
