Greetings reggaemuffins! It’s that time to share what will be or was on our plate for Sunday dinner. Yes- mi come fi dash out.
If you got one of these electric bad boys at home then cooking can be quite easy. We threw in some chicken, a lot of garlic and a lot of greens 🥬. Easy does it.
Today we did a bit of chicken Katsu , I really like chicken skin so I fixed that (made it really crispy) I also like the oil duct or chicken “batty” , seasoned to perfection, a little bbq sauce and baked for 30 minutes.
After that I decided to wash off mi heart with the coconut I received from 
A game of Uno and ludo followed while I tried out a few of the chocolates I decided to try out.
I promise to get back into my exercise regime from tomorrow. Until then I eat and dream bout sweet sweet 🇯🇲
