It’s dash out time again. I took this weekend to experiment with some things I’d like to share with some people on weekends.
I made some curry chicken (for vegetarian events I’ll sub the chicken for some potatoes or soy chunks.
What do you like with your curry ? Apparently, Japanese people prefer their curry with rice. I like liked the taste of the curry in the tortilla but it was equally delicious with rice.
I also tried out another method of crispy fried chicken.
Thanks to some products from the Philippines, it came out quite delicious.
My fried rice was courtesy of things made in Indonesia 🇮🇩. I avoided using their extra hot sauce because that level of spicy is not for the faint hearted.
It was quite mild but savory.
Finally, I tried my hands at yakitori (from now on “yawdytori”) with a Jamaican twist. The sauce was a bit weak at first ( I made my own yakitori sauce). I adjusted it but , I still need to find the right balance. Anyway , it was very good but I believe it can be improved.
I mentioned that I was looking for a name for my venture but someone reminded me that I made a name last year in a post right here on hive.
