How are you friends? I hope you are well. In this busy life, everyone is a little tired, yet we try to live anew every day. Today I want to share a thought that has been moving me for a long time: “Not all deaths are of the body, some deaths are of dreams and desires.” This saying is not just a sentence, it is a kind of real feeling.

We start many things in life with dreams. The desires that we cherish in our hearts as children, with time, many of them are lost. Life takes us on a path where dreams gradually forget to breathe due to responsibility, pressure and reality. That's when it seems that some deaths are not actually of the body, but of those small hopes inside us.

Many times we don't realize when our desires are lost. We just move forward with the flow of time, but the previous person inside is no longer there. The person who once dreamed of doing something big, now runs just to survive. This change is the most silent death, which no one sees but the mind feels.

Still, life does not stop. Even if we lose some dreams, new ones are born again. If we want, we can find ourselves again, we can start anew. Maybe everything will not be the same as before, but living means not only losing, but also learning to find again.

Many people think that life is only about success, money or recognition. But in fact, life is much deeper than that. Life means keeping the person inside us alive. When we only pursue external achievements, those feelings inside get suppressed. Gradually, we lose ourselves. That is when that silent death occurs, which is not seen in a coffin, nor in a funeral. It is in our daily habits, in our decisions, and in the reality we silently accept.

So it is very important to stop and look at ourselves sometimes. Where are we going, what are we losing and what are we leaving behind—these are the questions we need to ask ourselves. Maybe not all dreams can be regained, but some dreams can be revived in a new way. Life does not always give us a second chance, but small beginning so teach us to stand up again. I believe that every person can find their inner light again, if they really want to. And that light can stop the silent death within us, and teach us to live anew.
