And so whenever I think of it,
Whenever it flashes to my memory,
My eyes get blurred.
My brain freezes,
And sad tears from the abyss of my heart flows.
The love that was once shared amongst friends,
Very close friends,
Have been crushed to shambles,
Now, it exists only in memories,
Friends no more.
The more I try to get back,
The more I try to revive the current of love and understanding,
That once flowed amongst us,
The more we seem to draw apart,
Farther and farther apart.
So now I can't even talk to them,
I can't look them in the face,
Guilt, fear, betrayal is drawn all over,
Even as much as I want us back together,
I just can't get myself to do that. 😩😥
