The exchange 106 (official name Menara Platinum Signature Tower) is the next tallest tower of Malaysia which will be 106 storied building
The new tallest building of Malaysia is still under construction hence it will be completed within 2018. The Exchange 106 will have an aggregate floor space of 2.6 million square feet, of which 300,000 sq ft is for retail space involving the initial 5 stories of the building. As of January 2018, the greater part of the Exchange 106's floor space has been taken up by substantial inhabitants, dominatingly nearby budgetary foundations, each taking up in the vicinity of 2 and 8 stories, which have segment less floor plates going from 28,000 to 34,000 sq ft. As the Exchange 106 is benchmarked against comparable structures in expansive universal budgetary focuses, for example, London's Canary Wharf and The Shard, New York's Freedom Tower and Shanghai's IFC, in spite of the Exchange 106's high soliciting rent from RM17 per square foot, up to 47% of the 2.6 million square feet of the Exchange 106 has been formally marked, and 9% under transaction as of January 2018, while development is still in advance
This tower is a very important one for Malaysia because the government want to reach the goal of vision 20-20 that mean the country will be declared as a developed country within 2020 hence the Signature tower will be the new iconic tower of Malaysia. We can see in the picture that the construction work is nearly completed as they expected to be. I have captured the photo from the car while i was travelling to Berjaya time square hence i can even see the tower from the window of my house. The look of this cloud touching tower is even cooler than the Suria klcc tower(current tallest twin towers of Malaysia)
