Qué alegría poder estar junto a personas que aman esta hermosa ¨FungiFridayCommunity¨:   Después de la genial búsqueda de hongos de la semana pasada que tuvimos en el microcentro, sentimos la necesidad de regresar a este gran espacio natural que somos afortunados de tener cerca de casa.

What a joy to be with people who love this beautiful "FungiFridayCommunity": After last week's fantastic mushroom hunt in the city center, we felt the need to return to this great natural space that we are fortunate to have close to home.

Seguro recordarán que la semana pasada mencioné que la ciudad está genial para la búsqueda de hongos, por las especies que veníamos hallando, pero sí debo ser honesta, no puedo dejar de mencionar que el predio tiene muchas más especies de hongos que el microcentro. Como este bello ¨ejemplar¨:   que encontramos ni bien accedimos a la reserva.

You probably remember that last week I mentioned that the city is great for mushroom hunting, because of the species we've been finding, but if I'm honest, I can't help but mention that the property has many more species of mushrooms than the microcenter. Like this beautiful ¨exemplar¨:   that we found as soon as we accessed the reserve.

Siempre que iniciamos la búsqueda hallando un hongo tan precioso como el anterior, sabemos que va a ser una búsqueda maravillosa, y así lo fue, ya que dimos con esta ¨especie¨ :  realmente bonita. Lo que me gusta de esta preciosura, además de su vivo color, es la delgadez de su "tallo" y el gran "sombrero" que soporta.

Whenever we begin a search by finding a fungus as precious as the one above, we know it's going to be a wonderful quest, and so it was, since we came across this "species" :  Really beautiful. What I love about this beauty, besides its vibrant color, is the slenderness of its "stem" and the large "hat" it supports.

Mentiría si dijera que no ha sido muy buena la búsqueda, dado que hallamos un hongo de la misma ¨especie¨: que encontró la semana pasada mi abuelo; solo que este es más simple, no está tan desarrollado como el que él encontró, pero la verdad es que es tan bello como el que ha encontrado.

I'd be lying if I said the search wasn't very good, since we found a fungus of the same "species":that my grandfather found last week; only this one is simpler, not as developed as the one he found, but the truth is that it's just as beautiful.

Por este tipo de belleza es que siempre que vamos a buscar hongos terminamos regresando a este gran espacio natural; allí hay muchas especies hermosas para que mi abuelo lo fotografíe con su ¨teléfono¨ : ¨Movil¨

It is because of this kind of beauty that whenever we go mushroom hunting, we end up returning to this great natural space; There are many beautiful species there for my grandfather to photograph with his "phone" : "mobile"
