Sensitivity training. I hear that being called for a lot these days. I have a different idea, how about resilience training?
I think that would be much more practical. Instead of getting offended and working yourself into a panic state, why don't you work on not letting other people affect you to such an extreme? Are people really so emotionally unstable they can't hear a few bad words without having a complete mental breakdown?
(Imagine being so easily offended that you feel the need to cry online about how you don’t think it’s fair that you’re not allowed to be a racist, sexist, homophobic, bigoted dumpster fire in public anymore :-) )
What does it say about an organization that says sensitivity training should be a top priority?
