Our home is in Rangpur division. Betel plants and betel are cultivated in our Rangpur division. Row upon row of betel gardens and gardens of Betel Plants can be seen. Cox's Bazar is the most cultivated Betel Plant in Bangladesh. Indigenous people cultivate Betel Plants there From there. Betel Plants are marketed all over Bangladesh.
Betel Plants is a traditional food. People from many regions entertain guests with Betel Plants. It is done in our Rangpur division. Betel is a leaf. Betel leaves of betel to eat with lime. Its taste is bitter and sour.
Betel trees are herbaceous. Betel trees are usually planted in betel tree gardens. Because the betel tree grows larger than the other trees. Besides, there are no betel trees in all those areas. Betel trees are cultivated there.
Betel cultivation requires a little hard work. Regular watering is to irrigate and clean the trees. Necessary fertilizers and pesticides are to be applied.
