Las ensaladas contienen altos nutrientes en especial esta por su aporte a nuestro sistema inmunológico.

Se lavan bien todos los vegetales en una olla a hervir colocamos los más duros como lo son: papa, zanahoria, remolacha; hasta cocinarlos bien.
All the vegetables are washed well in a pot to boil, we place the hardest ones such as: potato, carrot, beet; until they are cooked well.
Luego picamos la acelga después de lavarla por su puesto y colocamos a baño de maría.

Una vez cocido todos los ingredientes lo colocamos en un bol y agregamos el perejil, ajo, sal, aceite y vinagre al gusto. Listo para Emplatar.
